Women on Weights

Strength training class for women of all ages and abilities, designed to improve muscular strength, function, and definition with use of light dumbbells and barbells. No prior weight training experience is required, and participants are encouraged to bring a towel and stability ball to be used in various exercises. This class requires a fitness pass.
