Whether you’re interested in weightlifting, cardio, or yoga, Brownsburg Parks and Recreation has a fitness class for you!
Stay active and have fun while getting to know fellow community members. All classes are at Eaton Hall (61 N Green Street) unless otherwise noted. Pricing is $9 for 3 visits, $15 for 5 visits, and $23 for 10 visits. The cost for evening yoga classes is $30 for 6 visits.
This traditional mat style yoga class is offered on Mondays and Fridays from 9:00-9:45 a.m. If you have a yoga mat, bring it to class. (If you don’t have a mat, you can borrow one.)
Yoga/Stretch (Use of a Chair)
Improve balance and strength in this gentle yoga class on Mondays and Fridays from 11:00-11:45 a.m. A stable chair is offered for comfort.
Weights on Wednesdays
Strength training tailored for all ages and abilities on Wednesdays from 8:45-9:30 a.m. This class incorporates light to medium hand weights and barbells. If you have a mat and stability ball, please bring them to class. You do not need previous weightlifting experience to participate.
Pathfinders Walking Club
Walk the halls of The Harrison (3060 Valley Farms Road, Indianapolis, IN 46214) on Tuesdays from 9:00-10:00 a.m. through April 28th with this free walking group. Outdoor walking will begin on May 19th and will continue at the same time at Arbuckle Acres Park, Shelter 6.
Slow-Flow With Restorative Yoga
This slow and steady restorative yoga practice is offered on Thursdays from 9:00-10:15 a.m.
Tone and strengthen your muscles while improving flexibility with this cardio class, which meets on Wednesdays from 10:00-10:45 a.m. Mats are required for the floor work segment. All ages are welcome.
(Go With The) Evening Flow
This slow yoga class allows participants to really focus on their alignment in each posture. It meets on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Increase strength and flexibility with this moderately paced yoga class on Tuesdays from 6:45-7:45 p.m.
